Instructors at the Brussels Club

Sandra Nebe

Sandra began training in 2000 with Matthew Gross at the Sussex Club. She gained her black belt in 2004 and with the help of her Instructor Matthew opened her own club in Brussels shortly after. In addition to teaching twice a week, she also returns regularly to the UK to train with Matthew Gross in Brighton and Sifu Lai in London. Sandra's own training is in large parts dedicated to the specific tehchniques of the Snake animal style.

Matthew Gross

Matthew teaches several times a year at the Brussels club. Matthew began studying Shaolin Nam Pai Chuan at the University of Sussex in 1991. In addition to teaching three times a week at the University club, he also trains regularly with senior instructors Sifu Christopher Lai at the Golders Green centre and Sifu Jeffrey Guishard at Imperial College.

He gained his black belt in 1996 and has been an instructor of the Sussex University club since then. In November 2007 he gained his 3rd degree black belt and dedicates much of his own training to learning the forms and techniques of the snake animal style.
