About the Brussels school

We are an established Kung Fu school, dedicated to a martial arts System that evolved from the Shaolin monastaries of China. Today, Nam Pai Chuan (North South Fist) is taught and practiced in Belgium, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia and Japan. Although our System is built around traditional Kung Fu techniques, we also take pride in developing and applying modern techniques too.

Each of our training sessions is different and varies between basic techniques (punches, kicks, blocks, locks etc...), forms, paired techniques, chi-gung, self-defence, take-downs, ground work, weapons (staffs, knives, swords etc...), conditioning and targeting vital points of the nervous system.

Our school is open to men and women of all ages and all backgrounds, and children. We also welcome new students throughout the year.

Training takes place at the Institute Saint-Boniface Parnasse, Rue du Conseil 59, 1050 Bruxelles (Ixelles).
